New type grinding equipment
Utilizes the crushing mechanism of the combination of impact crushing, rolling crushing and grinding which is similar with ball mill, but it is different from ball mill. Main section is 2 horizontally located rotary shell on large roller bearing, while there are various kinds of large steel balls in the chambers (max. could reach ∮120mm) and liner will be installed on inner wall of shell. When rough grinding machine is rewinding, it will be brought to specific height and it will crush and grind the material when it falling down, meanwhile complying with relative movement of grinder, crushed material will be further grinded. Due to high rotating speed, ball diameter is enlarged, impaction will be strengthened and crushing capacity will be largely improved to change the grinding appearance of tradition mill which is the most obvious point compared with normal ball mill. Screen the material after the material grinded in the front side of shell and discharging from mill tail, the screened particle will be discharged out of mill from discharge device of mill tail.
Main bearing utilizes rolling bearing which could save over 10% electricity and 80% of lubricating oil and the grinder load will increase 15-20% while the rotating speed of mill will increase about 10% which could reach best operating efficiency and improves grinding capacity, the production could increase over 30%, starting is fast and operation is stable. It avoids the frequent burning of Babbitt Metal, exchange the phenomenon of stop and shut down for scrapping and grinding. Shell liner utilizes double U type liner, the lifting capacity of this kind of liner is large, the contact between ball and liner is surface contact, thus crushing efficiency is high which eliminates the disadvantages of grinding dead angle of step liner, etc. (the contact between ball and liner is point contact). Pre-grinding process flow of circulating rough grinding machine is reasonable and economic; meanwhile it has the advantages of easy operation, low maintenance and high operating rate. From the various advantages of investment saving, its efficiency has reached or exceeded those advantages of utilizing roller press as pre-grinding equipment, while the grinding efficiency and crushing efficiency of equipment has increased over 30%. Suggest cement industry to utilize this kind of pre-grinding process to reduction on grinding power consumption and improvement on integrative economic efficiency is obvious.
